Error trying to build otp_src_R6B-0

I patched the source as suggested by Per Hedeland and it built! It even
runs. The only other thing I had to do was #define IPPORT_USERRESERVED for
setsocketopt.c in Orber (or something like that). I made it 1024. I'm not
sure what it really should be, but hopefully that'll work.
