       dependencies have to be satisfied:
       -- crypto-4.2 (first satisfied in OTP 20.2)
       -- public_key-1.5.2 (first satisfied in OTP 20.2)

               Fix problem with OpenSSH 7.2 (and later) clients that
               has used sha1 instead of sha2 for rsa-sha-256/512
