[erlang-questions] hipe_bifs missing in R13B02

Yes, that seems to be what had happened to me as well. No m4 installed, 
and the configure seemed ok from a superficial glance except complaining 
about wx linking... With m4 installed I have hipe_bifs again; thanks for 
the hint!
