.config file bug (probably not Windows specific)

anders@REDACTED:~/src/test> wc sys.config
 1  1 32 sys.config

And vi only shows one line with text, like this

[{mnesia,[{dir,"path"}]}].%test
~
~

So to me it looks like it is only one line, but maybe I am mistaken.

I dont have access to the windows machine right now, I try to do it tomorrow.
