New yaws release - 1.40

Folks,

I'm happy to give you a new release of yaws just in time 
for Christmas. Lots and lots of changes this time.

- New easy to configure webmail application
- ssi with variable expansion inside EHTML structures. This the
  way to go when we generate dynamic java/javascript
- reverse proxy implementation
- new and better docs, embedded mode and ssi documented
