Compiling P9C 2003-08-04

Hi,

I tried to compile the latest release, but it stumbles at

if [ ! -d "/cygdrive/h/dev/otp_src/lib/jinterface/priv/" ];then mkdir
"/cygdrive/h/dev/otp_src/lib/jinterface/priv/"; fi
make: *** No rule to make target
`/cygdrive/h/dev/otp_src/lib/jinterface/priv/com/ericsson/otp/erlang/OtpErlangDe
codeException.class', needed by
`/cygdrive/h/dev/otp_src/lib/jinterface/priv/OtpErlang.jar'.  Stop.

I run Win2000 and it last tested (and working) configuration is 2003-07-27.
