If such a mechanism exists it should be pretty easy to plug into
sinan, its what it was designed for.  In fact, I already generate
quite a bit of the OTP stuff (*.rel, *.boot, *.script, etc) so adding
a bit of additional stuff shouldn't be a problem.  What did you have
in mind?
