[erlang-questions] Reflecting changes to Daylight Saving Time in U.S.

On Linux, Erlang uses standard POSIX facilities to specify time zones,
correct?  Just double-checking, as the documentation is deliberately
vague on that point, and the U.S Daylight Saving Time rules will be
changing soon.
