open log file

Hi All,
 We are using ERLANG emulator version 5.3. In this there is one option for
open log file, it needs me to start every time I open the ERLANG
environment. Is there any option to open it automatically when I start
Erlang environment?.
 The .exe I use to open Erlang is   ..\erl5.3\bin\werl.exe
