We have now migrated from Jira (bugs.erlang.org) to Github Issues!

All issues from the old Jira system at bugs.erlang.org have been
transferred to GH issues and their title shows the Jira id they had before.

The old Jira site is still running in readonly mode for all users. Issues
that are still open should be updated in the corresponding GH issue.
