problem with new socket module setopt()

Thanks for information. I have been able to workaround the issue by changing my code to use integer values for the level, and option, and a binary for the value. I am fine using this workaround for now, thanks.

I am looking forward to when gen_udp() is able to use new sockets to resolve my issue.
