Erlang forums (was Re: PING TEST)

Does the "Open" in "open source" in every case mean an openess in the
sense that "everyone can use that for whatever (s)he likes"? I'd rather
treat that as "free source", with a well distinction to "open source",
but maybe I'm wrong... don't really know english very good.
