[ann] hackney version 1.16.0 is out

Hi all,

I'm please to announce the release of *Hackney version 0.16.0*:

This version brings the support of Erlang OTP 23.0, many fixes including an
improved SSL validation and some enhancements in the connection pool.

Next release will be a major one with a full revamp of the connection
engine & HTTP2 support among other things.
