If you want to automate the detection of new OTP versions, it is better to
retrieve the 'otp_versions.table' file from the master branch (for example
via <https://raw.githubusercontent.com/erlang/otp/master/otp_versions.table>)
which always contains all released OTP versions. The format of the
'otp_versions.table' file is described in the documentation <
http://erlang.org/doc/system_principles/versions.html#otp-versions-table>.
