[erlang-questions] Description of initial shell prompt

Greetings 

Most seem ‘’obvious’’ except for ds. The others are:
Erlang/OTP 20: Version number
erts-9.3: Version number
smp:4:4: As described on http://erlang.org/doc/man/erl.html, +S Schedulers:SchedulerOnline
async-threads:10: As described on http://erlang.org/doc/man/erl.html, +A size
