[erlang-questions] slave:start/3 bash: myapp: command not found {error, timeout}

Hi all,

i am trying to start a slave node from my already existing node and i am 
getting a timeout error , do anyone have any idea why i am i getting 
this error?

Here is what i am doing,

(SCC@REDACTED)1> slave:start('192.168.21.29', abc, "-setcookie utl").

and the error i am getting is,

bash: my_app: command not found
                                 {error,timeout}.

A reply would be greatly appreciated.
