[erlang-questions] ANN: erlexec v1.6.4

I'd like to announce a bug fix release v1.6.4 of erlexec that addresses a
critical issue of occasionally missing OS process termination signals when
two or more spawned OS processes get terminated closely to each other.
This issue was observed on busy systems.  Also fixed open issues reported
on Mac OS X.
