[erlang-questions] Delete key doesn't work in erl/iex shell

Hi,
I'm using Ubuntu 14.04 and in Elixir and Erlang shell the delete key
doesn't work. I found this issue[1] on elixir repo but they suggest to fix
this problem on erlang shell. Do you consider this issue a bug? Is it
possible to fix it or find a workaround?
