[erlang-questions] [ANN] rebar 2.6.0

It's been way too long since the last (2.5.1) release, but rebar 2.6.0
has finally arrived. Thanks to everybody involved, especially Fred
for taking care of PR mgmt and cutting the release.

Noteworthy changes:

 * Selectable compiler for .proto files (protobuffs or gpb)
 * Additional .proto compile improvements
 * Additional .erl compile improvements
 * New Dialyzer plugin (build-plt, check-plt, delete-plt, dialyze)
 * Dependencies of C and C++ sources are taken into consideration
 * fish shell completion script
