[erlang-questions] [ANN] Erlang/OTP 17.0 has been released

Thank you, OTP team!

Erlide v0.27.0 and forward supports v17.0. Projects targeting v17 get utf-8
encoding and there is support for maps and named funs.

There might be corner cases where erlide doesn't do what it should, please
file tickets if you find issues. It is especially difficult to test all
combinations of OS/Java/Erlang to see if the encoding is correct in all
cases.

Also please note that support for R14 is dropped at the same time.
