[erlang-questions] Dialyzer to cache Hipe compilation

The last time I tried it, it didn't actually speed up Dialyzer
startup - but that was a long time ago, and I hear things have
been fixed since.

But in my case, I'd prefer to run a non-hipe erlang most of the
time to match what's eventually going into production; I just
need that little boost for dialyzer.
