[erlang-questions] Original Erlang Prolog syntax?

Hello,
Does someone still have the original syntax of Erlang as Prolog terms?  I
don't need to actually run it.  I am just interested to see how it was
crafted as a Prolog internal DSL - Operators definitions, term expanders,
priorities, etc.
