tracing non exported functions

Hello,

Recently I've been playing with erlang:trace_pattern. Its documentation says
it works only for exported functions.
Is there any other BIFs that would allow me to have the same functionality
but to trace non-exported functions as well? (in the same way as
trace_pattern and trace)
