[erlang-questions] Erlang external binary term format

Hi Christian,

There is absolutely no reason to look at the file you are suggesting
now when the
contents of that file is moved into the official documentation (since
R12B) and is available in both
html and pdf.
We will actually remove the file erl_ext_dist.txt since it is no longer needed.
