[erlang-questions] Erlide tutorial?

Hi,

Could anybody out there please point me at a very simple "hello world" tutorial in using Erlide?  I'm an Emacs user with absolutely no experience with Eclipse, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to run my newly-created Erlang projects, evaluate something in the console, or debug a project.  I don't know if that's because my Erlide installation is broken, or if it's just because I don't know where to find these features.
