Well, I can read, but not understand them.  (:

I found this:

Æ° = piao2 =  dipper / ladle /
Ïx = chong2 =  an animal / an invertebrate / a worm / an insect /
¼×Ïx = jia3 chong2 =  beetle

I couldn't figure out the trailing numbers, so I found another
page where they were spelled out as pi¨¢o, ch¨®ng, ji¨£,
and http://www.newconceptmandarin.com/support/Intro_Pinyin.asp
helped me practice the pronounciation.
