[erlang-questions] Your most painful Erlang issue

I'm quite emboldened by my recent foray into compilers and  
translators. Unfortunately, the markets may turn out to be very small  
and I thought I would look at Erlang.

What is your most painful issue with Erlang? What would you badly  
want to see improved?

Development environment, deployment, debugging, static analysis,  
testing, I would like to hear about it!

What would make your life so much easier that you would pay for it?
