EPL vs GPL; was: EUnit 2.0 alpha testers wanted

Just the fact that there's uncertainty makes me preffer the GPL. If EPL is 
compatible with GPL only under Swedish law it is of no use for the rest of 
the world, am I right ?
I'd like to see what the FSF has to say about EPL, but I bet they are too busy
