The news with this year's Erlang User Conference (The program will be
announced soon) is that we are organizing an Erlang Obfuscated
Programming Competition in conjunction with it. The goal of this
competition is to write the most obfuscated Erlang program, providing a
safe forum for poor coding practices and programming styles. The winners
will be announced during the conference, and their code will be posted
on our site.

The deadline for your submissions is November 4th. Entries will be
judged by a panel of "subject matter experts", who will pick the most
hideously elegant submission. You can read more about the competition at

Get those submissions coming in!!!
