NBAP

In March, there was a short discussion about compiling the NBAP ASN.1 source. The problem was with some integer check. 

I just tried to compile 3GPP TS 25.433 V5.12.0 with OTP R10B-6 and got the same error. 

Is there any plan to remove the bug?
