R10B release: Directory name in tar file

The directory name in the source tar file unintentally
contains the date when it was built:

   otp_src_R10B_2004-10-05

The contents are correct. The date indicates the final source
code tar file was assembled in the evening of the Oct 5.
(It was then built and tested on a number of platforms during
the night.)
