I've checked in gen_leader in the Jungerl. Gen_leader is
a gen_server-like behaviour for writing robust replicated
servers.

An example program implementing a global version of dict.erl
is included. This example comprises ca 100 lines of code
divided over two modules.

The code is essentially the same as in the package some of you
have received via email, but I've added a fair amount of
documentation using edoc.
