fdoc: a poor man's 'edoc', or, what I stole from Lisp

does fdoc give special treatment to the
%% @spec free_vars(Text::string()) -> string()
comments i sometime find in other peoples code?
ie, should i make the effort to add ''%% @'' in my code?
