zlib upgrade patch

        Greetings,

Below is a patch, relative to R8B-2, that brings the runtime's
integrated zlib to version 1.1.4, which fixes the "double free"
vulnerability discovered[*] in March (also reported here by Matthias
Lang).

It would be nice if it was possible to link with an existing zlib
(e.g. ./configure --with-zlib), and maybe get rid of this one...
