R8B: make install misses some files

I noticed that e.g. dets.hrl does not get copied from the
original source tree during make install of OTP R8B. This means
for example that you cannot recompile stdlib-1.10 in the
installed version. I know that strictly speaking, you shouldn't
do that anyway, but it also means that not all the source code is
available as documentation.

I have not checked whether this is also true for other files.
