I have posted a new draft of the EEP and sent

Here is a list of the major changes in draft 2:

* version(App) now returns a list instead of a tuple.

* The is_module/1 built-in has been clarified.

* The rules for expressions in -if/-elif have been changed and clarified.

* There is a new -warning directive.

* There is a new -if/-elif built-in function: is_deprecated/3.

* There is a new section about backwards compatibility.

* Miscellaneous minor corrections and clarifications.
