[ANN] zUUID v2.1.0 release

Hi! Minor announcement.

zUUID is a UUID generation and inspection library.

v2.1.0 add support for non-standard "version 6" UUIDs in use in some
web projects.

Please note the caveats regarding use of non-standard UUIDs before
substituting calls to zuuid:v1/0 with calls to zuuid:vVI/0.
