50-99% dirty scheduler usage for GC?

Anyone know any hints as to why msac is showing 50-90% spikey scheduler utilization inside dirty schedulers specifically, under the GC label?

Our workload is using the new crypto apis to encrypt using RC4 about 200mbps sent over TCP.
