[erlang-questions] Match error in `hackney_pool:queue_out`

Hi folks, I've been seeing a strange match error in hackney recently..

** (MatchError) no match of right hand side value: {:empty, {[], []}}
    (hackney) /app/deps/hackney/src/hackney_pool.erl:509:
:hackney_pool.queue_out/2

Anyone seen this or have any clues as to what might be happening?
