Nice step forward, Vlad!
How do you suggest that we handle some of the other issues raised on the list:
-- offline access?
-- optional output formats; e.g. pdf, etc.?
-- updates, corrections, etc.?
Tip of the hat,
Lloyd

Okay, I gave it a shot. Made some small changes to the XSL and to the CSS.
Nothing too drastic, on purpose.

There are still many small details to fix, so it's the general feeling that
I want to share, not the details. Each part can be styled independently,
something impossible before. We can add better handling of different
viewport widths (for example, on a wide monitor we could show the examples
in a separate column).
best regards,
Vlad
