[erlang-questions] Cowboy - cowboy_req:reply

Thanks Loïc, the issue was with the VM used. I hosted the system on a bare
metal, and everything was fine. There were also other issues from the file
system, so I decided to move it to bare metal.

Cowboy is working like a charm!
