[erlang-questions] inets_regexp is missing in 18.3

Hi!

Appears that the inets_regexp module disappeared in Erlang 18.3. I
can't find any justification for that in the Readme, so I have to ask
here: was this removal intentional? There's software which uses it
(e.g. cowboy).
