[erlang-questions] good beginners book/tutorial

Hello,

I want to learn erlang and later on maybe phoenix or another web 
platform to make a e-commerce site

But is there a good beginners book so I can learn erlang well with a lot 
of exercises.
This because I learn the best when I have my hands wet.
