[erlang-questions] Relx And Rebar3

Hi guys,

Dumb question I guess but how are Rebar3 and Relx related?  I mean it looks
as if Rebar3 is a superset of Relx.  Am I understanding that correctly?

I'm asking because I've been working on getting the Elixir Exrm batch files
working better on Windows. Some of the stuff I've found seems that it may
be applicable to Relx as well. Since it looks as if Rebar3 will call Relx
should I fork Relx and submit my pull requests there?
