[erlang-questions] Jenkins

I created an empty directory, copied in your Makefile and a fairly recent
erlang.mk, and typed make, and it all worked out, so it has to be some kind
of environmental or versioning issue on your build machine. Is your git
maybe configured to force a particular key? You might check out
https://help.github.com/articles/error-permission-denied-publickey/ and run
through those debug steps on the build server.
