No, no Angel. You are very right: modern servers are the first candidates
to change amount of CPU and RAM.

Clouds can change amount of cores and RAM on fly. It was almost impossible
on commodity hardware 4 years ago, but it is already here nowadays.

Rickard, maybe OTP group should discuss this idea again?

Erlang server launched on cloud hosting should be ready for changing number
of cores.
