[erlang-questions] Date of First Release of Mnesia

Hi folks,

When was the first release of Mnesia with support for disc_copies (ram +
disk)?

In http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In-memory_database, under "Hybrids with
on-disk databases", they claim that the first database engine to support
both ram and disk tables did so in 2003. I remember using Mnesia with this
feature year 2000.
