I wrote my own some years ago. I only needed a subset of the functionality but felt ambitious and set out to do a complete implementation of FIX 4.4.

By the time the parser was almost done I was so disgusted with the protocol that I lowered my ambition. For the rest I just did the bare minimum of what I needed.
