[erlang-questions] Which OS for best server performance?

Which OS performs best in running Erlang based server (built using
several OTP components), involved in reading and processing high
number of socket messages.

And of course I am referring to BSD and Linux likes, and want to
utilize full power of multi-core CPUs.

Any thoughts on  DragonFly BSD, a fork from FreeBSD 4.8 aiming for a
different multiprocessor synchronization strategy (from wikipedia!).
