[erlang-questions] seeking more information on kqueue bug in FreeBSD

It is my understanding that the following kqueue bug still exists:

Can the failure be reproduced with a simple regression test? Or does
it only happen under load? I'd like to fix it, but I'm not sure have
enough information from this mail alone.
